Tuesday: 4.73 miles (40 min, avg pace 8:28) + 0.53 mile walk (8:08 min, avg pace 15:22) = 5.26 miles

Wednesday: 3.59 miles (30 min, avg pace 8:22)

Thursday: 3.57 miles (30 min, avg pace 8:24) + 0.11 mile walk (1:46 min, 16:07) = 3.68 miles

Friday: 1.0 miles (8:34 min, avg pace 8:34)

Saturday: ABB 5K in Houston, 3.14 miles (27:22 min, avg pace 8:43)

    1. Yep, I'm running outside. I'm too cheap to join a gym... I invested in good winter running gear instead :)
