Monday: 1.83 miles (15 min, avg pace 8:11) + 0.07 miles walking (1:08 min, avg pace 16:11) = 1.90 miles


6.0 miles cycling on bike trainer (30 min, avg pace 12mph)

Tuesday: 3.31 miles (30 min, avg pace 9:04) + 0.28 miles walking (4:33 min, avg pace 16:14) = 3.59 miles

Wednesday: 2.38 miles (20 min, avg pace 8:24) + 0.28 miles walking (4:17 min, avg pace 15:17) = 2.66 miles


4.0 miles cycling on bike trainer (20 min, avg pace 12mph)

Thursday: 5.23 miles (45 min, avg pace 8:36) + 0.57 miles walking (8:48 min, avg pace 15:26) = 5.8 miles

  • My Sunday long run was the first time I have gone double-digits since the F^3 race. I can't believe it's been that long! It was nice to have some time off, but I have 4 halfs planned this month, so it's time to get down to business!

  1. Three books in a week? Wow! Congrats on the double digit long run. I kinda did 10 miles today, but took lots of photo breaks and a couple of walks.

    1. I read really fast. When I was a kid, I was taken out of class and sent to speed reading lessons. True story.
